EnjoySAP - Automatic Determination of Tasks

Scope of Functions

For maintenance plans, which generate a maintenance or service notification as a maintenance call object, you can use an indicator to initiate automatic task determination in the maintenance plan.

When the maintenance call object is generated, the system uses the response profile, service profile and, if necessary, the priority to determine at which times, and over what period of time, certain tasks must be performed for this notification.

Maintain the following data for maintenance or service notifications:

• Priorities

• Response monitoring (for example, response profile, service profile)

Assign a response profile, a service profile and, if necessary, a priority type to the notification type (for example, malfunction report).
