EnjoySAP - Customer Exits
Scope of Functions
From Release 4.6A, the following customer exits are available in the Customer Service and Plant Maintenance application components:
Serial number management
You can use this customer exit to transfer document data for a goods movement to serial number management.
Notifications
You can use this customer exit to perform user-defined authorization checks when calling up notifications.
You can use this customer exit to set user-defined default values for tasks in notification processing.
Partners
You can use this customer exit to add your own partner selection for pieces of equipment, notifications and orders.
Warranties
You can use this customer exit to define the default values for the warranty data in the technical object.
You can use this customer exit to change the inspection results.
You can use this customer exit to change the inspection dialog box (for example, displaying master warranty number)
This customer exit has been enhanced. The accounting indicator and reason for rejection can now both be changed.
Orders
This customer exit checks whether the "non-execution" of an order is allowed.
This customer exit is used to determine a different settlement rule if the settlement rule is not to be generated automatically according to the SAP standard system (account assignment object from the reference object for the order).
You can use this customer exit to select any bill of material.
List editing
You can use this customer exit to make the following changes to the lists:
- Layout
- Print parameters
- Field catalog
- Formation of field groups
Maintenance plans
You can use this customer exit to add customer-specific fields for maintenance items in the table MPOS.
You can use this customer exit to perform customer-specific checks when saving a maintenance plan or a maintenance item.
Technical objects
You can use this customer exit when creating technical objects to modify fields with a reference object.
This customer exit activates the transfer of characteristic valuations if you create a piece of equipment with material as reference.
You can use this customer exit to enter additional data for fleet objects in user-defined fields.
You can use this customer exit to perform user-defined checks for fleet-relevant ID fields.
