EnjoySAP - New Transaction for Completion Confirmation

Scope of Functions

From Release 4.6A, a new confirmation transaction - the overall completion confirmation - is available. It provides:

  • User-specific setting of entry options
  • Common data entry without switching screens for
  • Time confirmations

The overall completion confirmation enables you to enter time confirmations for different operations and different people in one step.

The overall completion confirmation enables you to enter material withdrawals or returns for different operations without switching screens.

The overall completion confirmation enables you to confirm external and internal services, which have been planned for order operations.

The overall completion confirmation enables you to access this part of the technical completion confirmation directly on the confirmation screen. You therefore no longer need to switch to the notification for the order header, in order to enter this data.
  • Causes of damage

You can also enter this part of the technical completion confirmation directly on the confirmation screen, without switching to the notification.

You can also enter measurement and counter readings, which you want to enter in the completion confirmation, directly on the confirmation screen.

Individual capacities/splits cannot be confirmed using this transaction.

Effects on Existing Data

Effects on Data Transfer

This transaction cannot be used for data transfer. Use transaction IW41 (individual time confirmation) as before for data transfer.

Effects on System Administration

In Customizing for the overall completion confirmation, you can create layout profiles (see below). The required profile is assigned to each employee in the table for user-specific settings TPMUS.

Effects on Customizing

You can use the Customizing function to enter individual layout profiles for the overall completion confirmation. You can call up rarely used functions using pushbuttons, which you activate in Customizing, and which are then available to the user of the profile in the transaction.
