EnjoySAP - Service and Maintenance Order

Scope of Functions

As part of the EnjoySAP initiative, usability has been improved for processing orders in the following areas:

Personalization

• Greater number of user default values

Navigation

• Tab pages for objects, partners and costs

• Improved access options for detail data

• Only one unselected entry: Double-click

• Several unselected entries: After calling up the detail data, goto the first entry

• Several partially selected entries: After calling up the detail data, goto the first selected entry

Information

• Option of showing a text window with graphical user interface for entering the long text in the order header

• Option of showing additional screen areas for other data concerning dates and addresses

• Memory function for user-related consistency of screen layout with reference to the new additional text windows and screen areas.

• Display of description of fixed values instead of fixed value key set.
  

If you press the F4 function key, the descriptions of all the different fixed values are available for selection.

Example: The calculation key in the operation group box now displays the description Calculate duration instead of the key 1.

• Additional column for partial objects in the action log

• More specific messages for the user

Interface

• Revised use of symbols and function keys

• Simplified menu paths

• Improved screen layouts
