LOG_EAM_CI_3: Action Log in Maintenance Task List (New)

Use

As of SAP ECC 6.0, Enterprise Extension PLM, Enhancement Package 4 (EA-PLM 604), Business Function LOG_EAM_CI_3, the following new features are available in the maintenance task lists:

Changes to task lists for equipment and functional locations, and changes to general maintenance task lists are recorded in an action log. This enables you to track who has made which status or data changes to which fields, and when. Changes to task lists with change numbers are also recorded in the action log.

The action log can be called from the task list in the following places:

  • Task list header
  • Task list overview
  • Operation overview
  • Maintenance package for operation
  • Component overview
  • Relationships
  • Production resources/tools

Changes to the following fields are recorded in the action log:

Task list header

  • Use

  • Plan group

  • Status

  • Facility status

  • Maintenance strategy

  • Deletion flag

  • Inspection points

  • Operation

  • Operation number

  • Suboperation

  • Work center

  • Plant

  • Control key

  • Operation description

  • Work for operation

  • Unit of work

  • Capacity required

  • Normal duration of operation

  • Unit of normal duration

  • Calculation key

  • Work percentage

  • Distribution of capacity requirements

  • Functional location

  • Equipment

  • Maintenance package

  • Cycles

  • Production resources/tools

  • Item

  • Control key for administration of production resources/tools

  • Quantity

  • Components

  • Material number (create/delete)

  • Unit of measure for component

  • Relevance to materials planning/BANF creation

  • Relationships

  • Relationship (create/delete)

  • Factory calendar

  • Relationship offset

  • Unit for relationship offset

  • Work center

  • Plant
