LOG_EAM_CI_3: BAdI: Work Center Synchronization in Order/Notification (New)

Use

As of SAP ECC 6.0, Enterprise Extension PLM, Enhancement Package 3 (EA-PLM 604), business function Enterprise Asset Management (LOG_EAM_CI_3), a Business Add-In (BAdI) is provided that you can use to synchronize the responsible work center for a plant maintenance or service order with the corresponding header notification (plant maintenance or service notification).

If the responsible work center for a maintenance or service order is changed, the responsible work center in the related header notification (maintenance or service notification) is adjusted automatically.

If the responsible work center for a maintenance or service notification is changed (header notification of an order), the responsible work center for the related maintenance or service notification order is adjusted automatically.

This is a new development with a new BAdI and a new, related Customizing activity.

The BAdI is provided as a new Customizing activity under Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -> System Enhancements and Data Transfer -> Business Add-Ins -> BAdI: Set Up Synchronization of Work Center in Order/Notification.
