Print Forms (Enhanced)
Use
As of SAP Portfolio and Project Management 5.0, the following enhancements of Adobe PDF-based print forms are available:
- Forecasted dates
- Sort numbers for checklists and checklist references
Note: The Smart Form print forms are obsolete and have not been enhanced accordingly.
The Adobe PDF-based forms (print forms, status reports, approval documents) used in Project Management have been converted from ACF to ZCI technology, as ACF for Adobe is obsolete as of SAP NetWeaver Release 7.01. For more information, see SAP Note 1249189. This also implies that all ACF-based custom Adobe PDF-based print forms have to be converted to ZCI, see SAP Notes 956074 and 978037.
