Document Management: Processing a Reserved Document

Description

You can reserve a document in several change master records. To do this, you create an object management record for the document in each of these change master records.

When you process the document afterward, you automatically see a list of all the change numbers in which the document is reserved.

In this processing situation, you can only:

• copy one of the change numbers to the document info record, or

• exit change number entry

Once you have entered a change number in a document info record and saved, you can no longer change the change number.
