BOMs: Reorganization

Description

With this release you have the program RCSREDEL for the reorganization of BOMs. The BOMs for which a deletion flag is set in the BOM header are deleted from the data bank.
The BOMs are not archived before they are deleted. A test run allows the reorganization to be simulated.

You can control the reorganization in the following way:

• Restricting the BOMs via selection criteria

• Simultaneous deletion of change documents and object management records that are created with reference to a change number during the processing of BOMs

• Simultaneous resetting of the number range for a BOM type, provided that all BOMs of this BOM type are being reorganized.

As a result you receive a list of all the BOMs that have been deleted from the data bank.
