Changes to PP-WM interface

Description

Material staging and the creation of transport requirements using the warehouse management system (WM) is also possible for partially released orders in 4.0. You can find more information on this function in the document "PP production orders".

In the production control profile you can make the following settings:

  • activation of automatic staging (the interface must be set up. There is a description of this in the manual for warehouse management.)
  • creation of transport requirements only if complete transport requirements can be created, that is, for any released operation a transport must be creatable for every component
  • taking the confirmed quantitiy into account in material staging
