Lead Time Scheduling with Takts

Description

Production can be scheduled in the routing via the line hierarchy. In doing so the dates are calculated from the takts and the takt times of the line hierarchy. The prerequisite is that a line hierarchy has been entered in the routing and that the individual operations have been assigned to a takt. If an operation has not been assigned to a takt, normal lead time scheduling is carried out.

The duration of operation segments is additionally calculated from the standard values in the routing. These durations are for information and you can compare them with the results of the lead time scheduling with takts (for instance to check whether an operation can be processed in the takt).
