New Function: Scheduling with Material-Dependent Rates

Scope of Functions

If you only ever produce one material at a time on a production line, you can now also carry out sequencing with material-dependent rates. Previously the planned rate of a production line was the same for all materials. A material-dependent rate could only be entered indirectly using conversion factors of the base units of measure.

In Line Design you can now directly enter the material-dependent rates, if you are working with a line hierarchy without line balancing. Sequencing takes this rate into account, by overwriting the planned rate for the material concerned.
