Additional Functions for Printing Operational Method Sheets

Scope of Functions

• Previously it was only possible to print operational method sheets for one material at a time. Now, you can print all relevant operational method sheets for a routing, a line segment or a takt. For example, you can print OMS for all materials that are produced in one work center.

Materials, which have identical operations in a routing, line segment or takt can be grouped to only one OMS.

• The operational method sheets to be printed can now be selected via a rate routing, a line balance or a production version. To do so, the corresponding tab pages are available in one transaction only (Print OMS). Previously, the operational method sheets could be selected via the line hierarchy or the rate routing and this meant that two different transactions had to be used.

• For the material variants of a configurable material, the system takes the configuration into account. For each material, only those operations are printed that also have to be carried out with the material. Previously, the configuration was not considered.
