Demand Management: Period Change in the Version Compare

Description

In the version compare, it is possible to switch both versions to the same periodicity. Thus, it is possible to compare planned independent requirements versions that have been created with different period splits. Once the period split is the same for both versions, the system highlights the lines where the quantities differ and it also displays the difference as a percentage in the third column.

Steps to take

When in the independent requirements maintenance, select the versions that you want to compare. You then branch into the screen, "Compare versions".
Select Edit -> Period splitting, and select the appropriate period split for both versions.
The system highlights the periods whose quantity differs from the version which you are using for compare purposes. You also receive the difference displayed as a percentage in the column "Dev.".
