MRP: New functions in reorder point planning

Description

From release 3.0D, you can instruct the system to include sales orders and manual reservations in the planning run for reorder point materials.

You can also choose whether these requirements are always to be included in the planning run or whether they are only to be planned within the replenishment lead time of the material.

If customer requirements and manual reservations are either created or changed, an entry is created in the planning file if the material planned using this version of reorder point planning.

A new MRP type was included in the SAP standard system (VR) for this function.

Note

In reorder point planning, no planning file entries are created for dependent reservations and neither is the order quantity increased.
