New functions in backorder processing

Description

The following new functions are available in backorder processing:

  • Specification of the checking rule in the initial screen
When accessing backorder processing, you can enter a checking rule, for example, the checking rule used to create the customer requirements. Thus, you can use the same scope for the availability check in backorder processing as you used when you created the requirement.
If backorder processing is accessed with the checking rule that is saved in the plant parameters (Customizing for MRP), enter the appropriate plant and leave the checking rule field blank.

  • Totals display of receipts, issues and committed issues at plant level
This display provides a clear overview in which material shortages (at plant level) can be recognized immediately.

  • Processing sales orders: changing the provision date
When copying the change, the sales order is automatically re-sorted in the list display.

  • Processing release order requisitions and contract release orders
As for SD requirements and order reservations, you can also change committed quantities for release order requisitions and contract release orders. These changes are transferred to the appropriate documents when the changes are saved.

  • Search functions:
  • search for planning segments (individual customer, individual project, storage location, batch)

  • search according to MRP date of the receipts and issues

  • Including following evaluations:
  • pegged requirements

  • order report
