Short text
Collective Availability Check for Components of Planned Orders
Description
You can check several planned orders with the collective availability check as to whether the required components are available. You can carry out the collective availability check in the same way as an individual availability check in the planned order according to ATP logic or a check against planned independent requirements.
You can carry out the check online or in the background.
The following functions are available:
- Searching for planned orders by planned order number, MRP controller, material or production version.
- Sorting and grouping the selected planned orders according to user-specific settings and selecting of additional fields.
- Defining of criteria (check mode) for how the availability check is to be carried out:
- With or without resetting existing availability data
- Whether the availability check is to be carried out according to ATP logic, as a check against planned independent requirements or individually, that is, independent of material-specific settings for the checking group.
- Define whether the planned orders, for which components are available, should be fixed. Additionally, the components are also fixed, that is during the next planning run, the BOM will no longer be re-exploded.
- Displaying of availability check results in the overview list of planned orders.
- Displaying of the component list for each planned order (missing components are highlighted with a color).
