Planned orders for stock transfer

Description

Up to now, purchase requisitions were created in the case of special procurement stock transfer from alternative plant in MRP, even if you had set the indicator planned orders in the initial screen of the planning run.

As of Release 4.5A, the planning run with this type of special procurement creates planned orders for stock transfer, if you have set the creation indicator planned orders.
