Evaluation Lists: Print Function Improved
Scope of Functions
The following functions have been improved in the MRP list and the stock/requirements list:
- Printing the overview
- Printing the list
Printing the overview
Up to now, you could only display the overview of the collective display.
Now you can also print the overview by using the print button. The overview is displayed as a printable list, which you can also edit. In this list, you sort and filter the information, define the sequence and width of the columns, and save the settings on a permanent basis in display variants.
Printing the list
Up to now, you could print the MRP list and the stock/requirements list, but you could not influence the selection or the layout of the information to be printed.
In addition to the standard print, there is also a variable print with the following advantages:
- Before you print, a separate list is displayed, which you can print and edit.
- This print list contains the same rows as the actual list, which means, for example, just the filtered MRP elements.
- You sort and filter the information, define the sequence and width of the columns, and save the settings on a permanent basis in display variants.
- When you choose the goods receipt date instead of the availability date, or when you activate the safety time, the setting is taken into consideration for the print.
- When the storage location and BOM explosion number columns appear, or when you have activated the customer or vendor columns, these columns are considered in the print.
