LOG_PP_CFB: Business Function PP, Food and Beverage Industry (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 6 for SAP ERP 6.0 (SAP_APPL 606), business function PP, Food and Beverage Industry (LOG_PP_CFB) is available.

This business function enables you to execute new functions in the Process Industry, Procurement, and Transportation Logistics - for example, GS1 Transportation Label. These new functions come from the food and beverage industry. However, after checking, they can also be used in other industries.

The following release notes provide you with further information:

• Release and Lock Production Versions for Material Requirements Planning (New)

• Raw Material Procurement Cockpit (New)

• Weighing for Goods Movements (New)

• Calculation of BBD in the Process Order (New)

• Printing Detailed Forms and Overview Forms (New)

• Confirmation of Process Orders and Production Orders with Batches (New)

• Clear Remaining Batch Quantities (New)

• Printing GS1-128 Labels (New)

• Batch Selection and Follow-Up Action in BIC (New)

The following role is new:

• SAP_BPR_CFB_6, Composite Role for the Food and Beverage Industry
