New Developments in the Pull List

Scope of Functions

In this new release the pull list has been improved and enhanced within the scope of the ENJOY SAP initiative. Below is a list of these new developments:

• Dialog control

You have the option of carrying out the individual steps of material staging automatically. Staging materials is subdivided into four or five steps all of which you can carry out either in dialog or automatically. In the Global settings for the pull list, you can define which steps you want the system to carry out automatically.

• Total log

You have the option of saving the total log which contains all messages on the current session. You define this in the Global settings for the pull list. Choose Pull list -> Log to display the total log saved. The system can save the last three logs for one particular user.

• Initial screen

Whereas in release 4.5, you had to enter data on two initial screens to access the pull list, the new pull list only has one initial screen. The selection criteria is organized on this initial screen using tab pages.

• Displaying the available stock

In the pull list, you can display detailed information on the available stock for a material.

• Units of measure

You have the option of defining different units of measure for the staging unit of measure and therefore for displaying the missing parts situation. You define the unit of measure in the Global settings.
