Enhancements to the Evaluation of the Line Load

Scope of Functions

The planning periods and the evaluation periods can now be determined independently of each other in Sequencing. This means, for example, that you could determine the sequence of the planned orders for two days but evaluate the line load per day or per shift.

Until now, you could only display the operating time load of a production line in the bucket of the planning periods. Planning periods and evaluation periods were therefore identical.

Now, using a user-defined period split, you can set the evaluation periods to suit your own requirements. For example, you can evaluate the first week of the period of examination in shifts and then the following weeks in days. Then, you can evaluate the remainder of the month in weeks. To set the user-defined period split, from the line load display, choose Edit > Change period split.
