Short text
Repetitive Manufacturing: Run Schedule Headers
Description
The following new functions have been developed for the run schedule header:
- Collective creation of run schedule headers
- On the basis of various selection criteria, and the entry of a 'lower-limit date' and an 'upper-limit date', the system makes the following selection:
- it selects all materials with production versions for which no run schedule headers have yet been created for the interval specified. You can now create run schedule headers for these materials.
- it selects all materials that have a run schedule header that lies within the interval but which does not cover the complete interval. You can extend the validity of the run schedule headers.
- it selects all materials which have run schedule headers that cover the complete interval. These run schedule headers are only displayed; no changes can be made.
- Reporting points for run schedule headers with production cost collector
-
Milestones in the routing can be copied into the run schedule header as reporting points. The backflushed
quantity is saved in the run schedule header as goods in process per reporting point. (Compare, New Developments in Repetitive Manufacturing: Backflushing.)
- Settlement of run schedule headers via common cost collector
- All the run schedule headers for a material can be settled for all production versions using a common production cost collector. The cost collector is created in the CO system. The settlement is controlled via the repetitive manufacturing profile.
