Changes in Registration and Re-registration

Description

The following changes/additions apply to registration:

  • Different organizational unit
When you create or change a registration, you can assign any of the existing organizational units to the program. The system displays the organizational unit that belongs to the program in question, but you do not have to accept this proposal.
Please note that a student can be registered for more than one program but may be assigned only one organizational unit.
  • Accessing the application maintenance screen
When you register a student who has already submitted an application for registration, you can now go directly to the application maintenance screen.
  • Initial screen
If you choose only a program (without an organizational unit) and then select students, the system displays the students who are already registered for the program along with the registration dates and organizational units. These fields are empty if the students are not registered for the program.
  • Search help
When you choose a student on the initial screen, you now have more comprehensive search help options.

The following changes/additions apply to re-registration:

  • Different organizational unit
When a student re-registers, you can change the assigned organizational unit.
  • Accessing the application maintenance screen
When you re-register a student who has already submitted an application for re-registration, you can now go directly to the application maintenance screen.
  • Search help
When you choose a student on the initial screen, you now have more comprehensive search help options.
