Academic Scales

Scope of Functions

In this release, the Personnel Development scale system has been replaced by an academic scale system that is specific to Campus Management.
Academic scales can be used to rate internal and external grades. The values (e.g. grades, grade points, percentages) of different scales are converted to standard scale values which then serve as the basis for conversion of values between scales.

The academic scale functions provided in Campus Management support quantity scales and quality scales. Quantity scales can be linear, partially linear and have a predefined function module for conversion. The scale finder and search help function simplify handling of academic scales.
