Weighted Average Price Frequency (Changed)

Use

As of Enterprise 4.70 Extension Set 2.0, the Weighted Average Price Frequency transaction (Accounting → Production Sharing Accounting → Processing → Daily Production Data Entry → Terminal Specific Data Entry Management → Weighted Average Price Frequency) for Production Sharing Accounting has changed.

You use this transaction to establish the frequency with which the system calculates the selling price for a particular combination of company code, production sharing contract (PSC), and product.

Within the transaction, there is now a Process Volume indicator representing a specialized non arm's length sale. If lifted volumes specified as non arm's length process volume sales are apportioned to a PSC and a product that are process volume-relevant (as indicated in this transaction), then the system does not figure amounts into the weighted average non arm's length sales price, total volumes and total earnings calculations. Otherwise the system handles the amounts like a regular non arm's length sale.

Furthermore, the company code assignment to the PSC and product in this transaction has been removed.
