PSM-FM, Grouped Value Adjustment for Spain

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 7 for SAP ERP 6.0 (EA-PS 617), the business function PSM-FM, Grouped Value Adjustment for Spain is available. With this business function, you can:

• Create, Display or Modify a Grouped Value Adjustment (GVA).

• Approve or Reject in workflow a Grouped Value Adjustment.

Effects on Existing Data

Individual Value Adjustments created with transactions FMVA01or FM*PM* that may exist in the system cannot be handled with GVA transactions.

Earmarked Funds Documents (EFD) relate to the value adjustments produced with GVA transactions the same way as if they were produced with the transactions FMVA01 or FM*PM*. In particular the navigation from an EFD to the corresponding value adjustments is available.

It is recommended to deactivate the transactions FMVA01 or FM*PM*, if needed to prevent simultaneous usage of GVA and the referred value adjustments transactions.

Effects on System Administration

The following constraints apply:

• For customer extensions to EF Factory which are compatible to GVA, the customer EF classes shall inherit from GVA compatible classes (example: CL_ESFM_EF_FACTORY_GVA). In this scenario, current BAdI implementations for BAdI FMEF_FACTORY shall be migrated to new BAdI ESFM_BADI_GVA_FACTORY_ENH. If this migration occurs during the testing of the Business Function and later on the BF is reversed, the migration of the BAdI should also be reverted.

• GVA is not compatible with IS-PS-BFM (Bulk Fuel Management) in software component OGFM. If both features exist in the same system, the correspondent extensions for EF Factory won't be used, therefore only the standard EF Factory features will be available.
