Adjusting Local Locks in Fiscal Year Change Operations (enhanced)

Use

From SAP ECC 5.0, Public Services (EA-PS 500), the local locks are only adjusted during the carryforward and approval of residual budget (transactions FMJC and FMJO) if the amount of the possible adjusted releases falls short of the total of assigned values and local lock.
