Logical Database FMF (enhanced)
Use
From SAP ECC 5.0, Public Services (EA-PS 500), you can read the FI line items and commitment/actual totals records from the database and from the archive using the logical database FMF. You can also use this function for your own reports that process the nodes FMFIX (line items from FI documents) and FMTOX (total records commitment/actual).
Reading from the archive is now possible for following reports:
- Period-based encumbrance tracking - line items (RFFMEP2AX)
- Document journal (RFFMEPGAX)
- Total records for commitment and actual (RFFMTO10X)
- Total records for budget structure (RFFMTO40)
You define whether you want to evaluate the data from the database or the archive on the initial screen of the relevant report using the function data sources.
