Central Contractor Registration Archiving (New)

Use

As of SAP ECC 6.0, Public Services Enhancement Package 3, the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) feature in the Federal Government solution has been enhanced with the complete archiving feature. This feature can be switched on with the Business Function PSM_USFED_BPN_1.

Prior to this release, CCR vendors were blocked from being archived. Now CCR vendors can be archived using the accounts payable archiving object FI_ACCPAYB or the regular processing steps for vendor archiving.

The CCR vendor archiving function is provided by means of enhancement implementations FMFG_CCR_ARC_REGISTER and FMFG_CCR_ARC_ROUTINES. Those implementations are grouped into the composite enhancement implementation FMFG_CCR_VENDOR_ARCHIVING. The implementations use the enhancement spots ARC_ADD_TABLE and ARC_FI_ACCPAYB provided by the regular vendor archiving feature.
