Reporting for Grantor Management (Changed)

Use

As of SAP ECC 6.0, Enterprise Extension Public Sector Management (EA-PS 603), Enhancement Package3, the following changes and enhancements have been made in Grantor Management (GM-GTR):

• DataSource 0FI_AP_3 (Vendors: Line Items): Extract Structure DTFIAP_3 has been enhanced by the grantor-relevant fields 'AGREEMENT_ID, CLAIM_ID, BRI_GUID and PROGRAM_GUID.

• DataSource 0FI_AP_4 (Vendors: Line Items with Delta Extraction): Extract Structure DTFIAP_3 has been enhanced by the grantor-relevant fields 'AGREEMENT_ID, CLAIM_ID, BRI_GUID and PROGRAM_GUID.

• DataSource 0FI_AR_3 (Customers: Line Items): Extract Structure DTFIAR_3 has been enhanced by the grantor-relevant fields 'AGREEMENT_ID, CLAIM_ID, BRI_GUID and PROGRAM_GUID.

• DataSource 0FI_AR_4 (Customers: Line Items with Delta Extraction): Extract Structure DTFIAR_3 has been enhanced by the grantor-relevant fields 'AGREEMENT_ID, CLAIM_ID, BRI_GUID and PROGRAM_GUID.

• DataSource 0FI_GL_4 (General Ledger: Line Items with Delta Extraction): Extract Structure DTFIGL_4 has been enhanced by the grantor-relevant fields 'AGREEMENT_ID, CLAIM_ID, BRI_GUID and PROGRAM_GUID.

The grantor-relevant fields in the Data Sources have to be activated using transaction RSA8.
