Funds Management: Archiving (new)

Use

As of SAP ECC Enterprise Extension Public Sector Management 6.0, Enhancement Package 4 (EA-PS 604), Business Function Funds Management 2 (PSM_FM_CI_2), you can use several new functions in the area of archiving programs that are explained in this release information. The archiving programs were enhanced in accordance with accessibility standards. Functions in a non-enhanced version are hidden. In their enhanced status these additional functions are visible on the selection screen.

The selection screen has changed for write programs - it is now more compact. You can now choose between two output forms for the results - a list or a log.

With the deletion and reload programs, you can now also choose the output form.

The following programs were changed:

• FM_DOC_FI - Archiving FI lines items in Funds Management
  RFFMAR01 (write program)
  RFFMAR02 (display program)
  RFFMAR04 (deletion program)
  RFFMAR05 (reload program)

• FM_DOC_OI - Archiving commitment line items in Funds Management
  RFFMAR11 (write program)
  RFFMAR12 (display program)
  RFFMAR14 (deletion program)
  RFFMAR15 (reload program)

• FM_DOC_CO - Archiving CO line items in Funds Management
  RFFMAR21 (write program)
  RFFMAR22 (display program)
  RFFMAR24 (deletion program)
  RFFMAR25 (reload program)

• FM_ACTSUM - Archiving totals records for commitment/actual in FM
  RFFMAR31 (write program)
  RFFMAR34 (deletion program)
  RFFMAR35 (reload program)

• FM_BUDHIE - Archiving standard budget hierarchy documents in FM
  RFFMAR41 (write program)
  RFFMAR44 (deletion program)
  RFFMAR45 (reload program)

• FM_BUDENT - Archiving standard budget entry documents in FM
  RFFMAR51 (write program)
  RFFMAR54 (deletion program)
  RFFMAR55 (reload program)

• FM_BUDSUM - Archiving standard budget totals records in FM
  RFFMAR61 (write program)
  RFFMAR64 (deletion program)
  RFFMAR65 (reload program)
