Use

As of SAP ECC 6.0, Enterprise Extension Public Sector Management (EA-PS 604), Enhancement Package 4, the Federal Government (PSM-FG) solution includes a feature for rescheduling delinquent debt.

You need to configure the installments for your debt rescheduling agreement. To do this in Customizing, choose Public Sector Management -> Functions for the US Federal Government -> Debt Management -> Maintain Debt Rescheduling Installment Parameters..
