PSM_FM_BCS_AVC: PSM, BCS Availability Control (New)

Use

As of SAP ECC 6.0, Enterprise Extension Public Sector Management (EA-PS 605), enhancement package 5, availability control (AVC) in the Budget Control System (BCS) has been enhanced.

During the availability check, the system can now skip lines of type 500 for HR/PBC documents when the consumed budget is being calculated.
