PSM_PBC_CI_1: Enhanced Personnel Cost Savings (New)

Use

As of SAP Enhancement Package 5 for SAP ERP 6.0, Enterprise Extension Human Capital Management(EA-HR 605), Business Function PSM, Position Budgeting and Control (PSM_PBC_CI_1), you can use enhanced personnel cost savings.

You can now classify personnel cost savings on the basis of different data, such as the account assignment, according to personnel cost saving types. The personnel cost saving types define whether personnel cost savings and the corresponding funds blocks are created. You can also use them as selection criteria in reporting.

By defining an amount limit, which can be derived as can the personnel cost saving type based on diverse data, you can now create personnel cost savings that exceed a certain limit.

Report Release Personnel Cost Savings (RHRFPM_DIFF_DEL) for mass releases of personnel costs savings was parallelized.

To be able to use the personnel cost savings, you must define the necessary settings in Customizing for Position Budgeting and Control under Automatic Commitment/Budget Creation -> Settings for Automatic Commitment/Budget Creation -> Settings for Individual Modules -> Document Creation -> Personnel Cost Savings -> Enhanced Personnel Cost Savings.
