PSM_USFED_CI_3: Integration with SD and FM (New)

Use

As of SAP ECC 6.0, Enterprise Extension Public Sector Management (EA-PS 605), enhancement package 5, the following new features are available in integration of the Federal Government solution with other SAP application components:

• Sales Order Adjustment Program

This program is designed to process Sales and Distribution (SD) orders relating to reimbursable agreements and its function is to update sales orders (unfilled orders).

See the online documentation for details of how the program works.

• Fields unique to the Federal Government solution have been added to SD sales order transactions.

• The posting date is provided in the sales document header for FM updating purposes

• Configurable messaging to check for duplicate WBS elements and internal orders across all sales orders is available.

In Customizing, choose Public Sector Management -> Functions for the US Federal Government -> Integration -> Sales and Distribution -> Sales Order Adjustments, then work the following steps as required:

• SO Adjustmnt Prog: Specify Value Types for Inclusion in Obligations

• SO Adjustmnt Prog: Specify Purc.Doc.Types for Exclusion From Obligations

• SO Adjustmnt Prog: Specify FI Doc.Types for Exclusion From Obligations

• SO Adjustmnt Prog: Specify FI Doc.Types for Exclusion From Billings

• Edit Derivation Strategy for SO Adjustment Program
