Migration Functionality in BCS (Changed)

Use

As of SAP ECC 6.0, Public Services (EA_PS 600), the migration functionality has been enhanced as follows:

• You can carry out a migration of FB cover pools and unilateral rules for cover eligibility to the Budget Control System (BCS).

The following prerequisites apply to the year in which you want to migrate to BCS:

1. BCS should be activated.
2. BCS Cover Eligibility should also be activated.

• When you carry out a totals or document migration, you can enter default values for new FM account assignment elements in BCS and for FMAA elements originally not activated in FB.
