Business Area Available for Funds Management Total Records (FMIT) (New)

Use

As of SAP ECC Enterprise Extension Public Sector Management 6.0 (EA-PS 600) you can report and reconcile your Funds Management (FM) total data using the new business area field.

• The program Copy Commitments to General Ledger automatically transfers the new field into the generated FI document.

• The program Fund Balance Carry Forward automatically copies the new field into the carryforward data.

Effects on Existing Data

It is highly recommend to adjust your existing total records using the program RFFMRC04.
