Headers in Budget Documents and Fund Block Documents (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 4 for SAP ERP 6.0, Enterprise Extension Public Sector Management (EA-PS 604), you can assign forms of amendment and specifications to budget documents and fund block documents in accordance with Portuguese legal requirements.

Effects on Existing Data

The form of amendment code and the specification code are displayed in the headers of the budget documents and fund block documents.

You make the Customizing settings for this function in Customizing for Public Sector Management under Functions for Portugal -> Budget Postings -> Document Settings:
