Fund Master Data for European Community Funds (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 4 for SAP ERP 6.0, Enterprise Extension Public Sector Management (EA-PS 604), you can record additional information related to European Community funds in fund master data.

Effects on Existing Data

The new information is used in the following transactions:

• Create Fund (transaction FM5I)

• Change Fund (transaction FM5U)

• Display Fund (transaction FM5S)

The system determines whether a fund is a European Community fund by the financing source type. You can only record operational programs and operational managers for European Community funds.

You make the Customizing settings for this function in Customizing for Public Sector Management under Functions for Portugal -> Master Data -> EU Operational Programs:

• Define Operational Programs

• Define Operational Managers

• Assign Operational Managers to Programs
