Generation of Withholding Tax Documents (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 4 for SAP ERP 6.0, Enterprise Extension Public Sector Management (EA-PS 604), you can create and post withholding tax documents automatically.

You must define validation rules and substitution rules for accounting documents in accordance with your organization's requirements by using the following transactions:

• Validation (transaction OB28)

• Substitution (transaction OBBH)

You define the settings for this function in Customizing for Public Sector Management under Functions for Portugal -> Payment Processing -> Withholding Tax:

• Assign Withholding Tax Codes to Revenue Commitment Items

• Assign Withholding Tax Codes to Commitment Items

• Assign Complex Operations to Withholding Tax Codes

• Use Program PFM_12FIBI03 for Withholding Tax
