PRS_ERP_CPILS1: Power List for Sales Documents (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 5 for SAP ERP 6.0 (EA-APPL 605), business function Commercial Project Inception & Lean Staffing (PRS_ERP_CPILS1), you can use Power Lists to combine the Lean Staffing transaction with specific processes (such as the staff assignments or the order-to-bill process), or to invoke actions based on the information you choose to display.

The Power List for Sales Documents provides a list of all sales documents related to the logon user who accesses this Power List. The default query displays all documents that are currently valid. The validity dates are selection criteria that can be changed as required.

In addition, you can use the following selection criteria:

  • Sales Document
  • Sales Document type
  • Creation Date
  • Sold-to-Party
  • Sales Organization
  • Distribution Channel
  • Division
  • Sales Office
  • Sales Group
  • Staffing Status

The Power List for Sales Documents consists of the following fields that are displayed in the columns:

  • Sales Document
  • Customer
  • Customer Name
  • Created on
  • Staffing Status
  • Net Value
  • Document Currency
  • Created by
  • Sales Org
  • Distribution Channel

The Power List also displays all service attributes that are defined in the system.

Navigation:

  • When you mark a line of the list and choose the pushbutton
    Maintain the system displays a new dialog box and opens the application to change the sales order.
  • When you choose the pushbutton Commercial Project Set-up the system displays a new dialog box and opens the Commercial Project Set-Up application with the sales document number as the value for the initial screen.
  • When you choose the pushbutton Lean Staffing the system displays a new dialog box and opens the Lean Staffing application with sales documents as the assignments object and the sales order number as the object number.
  • When you choose the pushbutton Billing Request the system displays a new dialog box and opens the Billing Request Editor with a DMR number created from the original sales document in the background.
  • When you choose the pushbutton WIP Status the system displays a new diolog box and opens the Work in Progress status report for this sales document.

The feeder class PS_ORDERTOBILL_SDORDERS implements methods for creating and processing this Power List.

Effects on Customizing

The Commercial Project Inception and Lean Staffing functions have been subsequently switched on in Customizing for SAP Professional Services, using activity Activate Professional Service Functionalty.

You can use the Feeder Class: Sales Documents Add-In (BAdI) to enhance the methods of the feeder class.
