User-Defined Restrictions in Reports on Costs, Revenues, and Finances

Description

From Release 3.0D, you can enter your own restrictions for structure reports on costs, revenues, and finances, and on cost element reports.

Note the following:

1. If you have used this facility to restrict the selection for a report, you can access an additional report. The restrictions you entered have no effect on the data selection for this additional report. This means that the additional report may contain more data than the original report.
2. You cannot enter such restrictions when executing cost element reports in background processing.
3. Neither the screen display nor the printed report displays the fact that you entered your own restrictions on data selection. However, you can enter a text to this effect when maintaining the report header. This text is then included in the online display and the report print.
