Milestones in the billing plan

Description

Dates are copied from milestones into the billing plan differently depending on whether the network was created in assembly processing.

• With assembly processing

The system automatically copies the dates of all milestones, which were marked as relevant for the billing plan, from the network which was created in the background in assembly processing.

• Without assembly processing

You determine manually which milestones and thereby also the dates to be copied into the billing plan. In this case you must also mark the milestones which are relevant for the billing plan and the sales order must have item category TAO.

• Milestones from the network

When you enter a network, the system takes the dates from the milestones in the network you entered.

• Milestones from the WBS element

When you enter a WBS element, the system determines the dates from milestones using that WBS element. This means that the system goes through the work breakdown structure from top to bottom and locates all milestones in WBS elements and network activities which are assigned to or subordinate to the WBS element you entered.
