Confirmation of actual data: Changes to Release 3.0D

Description

The following changes have been made to the confirmation process in the Project System:

  • Plant data collection
You no longer maintain communications parameters for the PDC interface in the Project Execution menu. Instead you set up these and all other parameters related to confirmations from PDC in the implementation guide under Cross-application functions -> Plant data collection.
  • Time recording
You can now access the HR transaction Maintain time data from the Project Execution menu under the menu option Confirmation.
When you make an individual or a collective confirmation and enter a personnel number, you can also access such HR transactions as maintain attendance/absences Att./Absences or time leveling from the function key menu. (You can call up this menu by clicking on the right mouse button).
