Periodic Budget Display

Description

As of Release 30F/PS/4, you can distribute annual values to individual periods. By using a distribution key, you can automatically distribute the values to the individual periods based on various criteria.

Periodic budget display is only used for statistical purposes. Budget utilization is displayed per period in reporting. Active availability control always checks against the annual budget.

If you want to use the function described above, you have to set the Period values indicator in the budget profile in Funds Management Customizing. The Annual values indicator must also be set. Periodic display of overall values is not possible.
