Downpayment clearing recording

Description

Downpayment clearings were up to now immediately displayed as "Writing off the down-payment", although the final payment was still due.

From Release 30F/PS/6 down payment offsettings are first displayed as invoices. If the final payment follows the down payment offsetting is converted together with the invoice by the Report RFFMS200.

Documents which already exist in your system are not converted.
