Changes revenues increasing the budget

Description

With Release 30F/PS/6 you have the following changed and enhanced functions available to you in Customizing and in the rule maintenance for revenues which increase the budget:

  • Recommendation rule
    In the Customizing ofFunds Management you can define a recommendation rule. This appears within the recommendation rule as recommendation value which can be overwritten per revenues FM account assignment.
    Note: If you use the call-off procedure this rule applies for manual budget transfers from the revenues to an expenditures account assignment for the revenues FM account assignments, for which no special rule for revenues increasing the budget was defined.
  • Payment budget and commitment budget
    You can define different rules (recommendation rule and rule within the master data maintenance) for the payment and commitment budget.
  • Multiple revenue interval dependent on the current revenue budget
    You can define the minimum revenue and the upper limit as percentage rate of the current revenue budget.

You can use these functions both for the distribution procedure and also for the call-off procedure.

Note: For Release 30F/PS/6 the use of the call-off procedure is only released for Funds Management German local authorities
