Reassignment is already executed in the commitments carried forward

Description

If there was a reassignment of the documents in the framework of the closing operations for commitments carried forward (RFFMC010),the documents were up to now first stored in the reassignment tool work list. Subsequently the Report RFFMCHAT had to be started, in order to actually change the account assignment.

From Release 30F/PS/6 the documents reassignment is executed directly with commitments carried forward.
