Configuration of Standard Networks: Changing Reference Characteristics in Activity Fields
Description
In Release 3.0F you can influence the values of fields in standard network activities using reference characteristics.
You can only do this for activity fields contained in the structure PLPO_CFMOD. In Release 3.0F the fields are: :
- standard text key
- activity description (first line of text)
- duration and work in an activity
- sort string and planned delivery time for external processing
- number of required capacities
- field key for user-defined fields
- user-defined fields and their units
- work percentage
- calculation key
- priority
- execution factor
Value assignments to fields that are not in structure PLPO_CFMOD have no effect.
When the network is configured the system checks the values; the log configuration contains all fields which occur during the value assignment.
Dependent functions
The system automatically makes the changes related to value assignments in reference characteristics. For example, when a reference characteristic requires that a standard text key be changed, the system automatically changes the activity description and the activity long text accordingly.
